Many new details have emerged since our first gathering meeting, so it’s once again time to meet up to discuss the trip, and explore more of what the experience will be for our group. Early registration, with its cheapest fees, is still open through November 22, so if you are curious about the gathering but were not able to attend the first meeting, we encourage you to join us for this one. If you are interested in the gathering but cannot attend this meeting, please contact Zach so we can get the info to you! Registration forms are still available at the church and on the homepage of the WHLC website.
We’ll be covering the first of our “Getting Ready” materials at this meeting, which will explore the themes of the gathering. We’ll meet down in the youth room to discuss these themes, and get to know our group a little better. After that, we’ll discuss travel options in more depth, and learn about updates from the ELCA in regards to some new safety updates for the gathering. There’s plenty of new info to discuss at this meeting, so we hope you can join us for it.
