Windsor Heights Women of the ELCA (WELCA) encompasses small groups and gatherings through a variety of intergenerational activities that are centered around your interests.

Through COMMUNITY, each woman learns to value herself and others as created in God's image and redeemed in Christ.  Through GROWTH, each woman is strengthened, developed and equipped in various learning experiences.  Through ACTION, each woman articulates and acts upon her faith as a participant.

2009 WELCA Officers
The nominating committee--Barb Colvig, Marilyn Deavers and Gayla Russell announced the 2009 slate of officers at the July general Bible Study meeting.  At the August meeting the following officers were elected:

President--Vivien Wells
Vice President --Gayla Russell
Secretary --Inez Boyken
Treasurer--Marilyn Pedersen
They will be installed at the January 15th General Meeting.
