Toddler Praise and Play

Windsor Heights Lutheran offers Praise and Play each Sunday from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. The activities are geared toward children 0 to 4 years old. Older siblings are welcome to participate. Children should be accompanied by a caregiver.

Praise and Play includes singing, dancing, instruments and parachute play. No registration is required. The sessions are free and open to the public. Come as you are, and join us when you can!

Throughout the year, there are many family-oriented opportunities offered. Contact our Family Life and Youth Director, Erik Ullestad for more information.

 Sunday School

Sunday School begins September 13, 2009, at 9:30 AM for 3 year-olds – 12th grade. Sunday School at Windsor Heights Lutheran Church offers a variety of developmentally appropriate formats for young learners. We will be using the Akaloo materials to help children learn Bible stories and discover what it means to be a disciple of Jesus.  There is no cost to participate in this ministry...so encourage your friends and neighbors to join as well. See the Schedule for 2009-2010 Curriculum Plan.

Check out the Akaloo Learner Site for more information about the materials, activities for kids and announcements. Each family with a child registered for Sunday School will receive an individual login to the site to and explor age-specific areas. Children can play interactive games, teens can use chat and message board features and adults can watch videos and do self-guided Bible studies.
